Not Over Until I Win

Hey there dear readers, how are y’all holding up? It’s a beautiful day out here and I feel absolutely amazing to be writing this blog. Today I am going to be talking about winning. Most of you would know it has been my hobby of late, among many others of course. And, these include walking away from the 97%.

As motivational coach Jim Rohn would say, “Walk away from the 97%. Don’t act like they act, don’t speak like they speak, and they walk like they walk.” All these quotes resonated with me and I have studied the nature of winners ever since, and don’t know why, but feel like I just want to be like them.

Sure, firstly, it’s difficult, increasingly difficult. But, hey, nothing great comes out of being easy, and operating from the comfort zone. It takes years of blood, sweat and hard work to be able to reach up to that level, and I promise not to give up.

You know when the tough gets going, it’s easy, pretty easy to give up, but only those who go far and persevere through the worst get the taste of success. And success only comes to those who are hungry for it. You have to realise that pretty early on.

About me, I can say that there have been days when I would just wake up in the middle of the night, and just wail. I went through hell for the last one and a half years. Was broke, had severe mental breakdowns, the mortgage was late and even depressed. There were countless such days in the mornings when I just didn’t want to get out of bed, as I knew that this day wasn’t going to be any different.

But, despite all these setbacks, I refused to give up. It was like I was challenging life that I would win this game, and will not stop till I win. Did that, and look where I am today. From being a depressed soul I am the one writing to you about depression today.

Sure, there are many ladders left to climb, and many things to achieve, and this is just the beginning. But, you know what, I have finally discovered my ground and am confident that things will come to pass, even if it takes time.

Finally, I will not stop till I achieve all that I have to. Remember what I said, when I began writing the blog? It’s not over until I win, and I will not stop at anything short of that. No matter how many hells do I have to go through, how much I have to persevere, and how many times my patience is being tested.

I have made it this far, have seen results, and am confident that things will work out in my favour. To all of you reading, I want y’all to know that if you are thinking short of yourselves, or are a victim of self-doubt, please please know that you are far more capable and powerful than you think you are, and honestly speaking you can reach great heights.

If you do not believe me, just try it out for yourself once, and let me know the results. More when we meet. Much love!
